Candido Negrón

Teacher Biography
¿Quién soy yo?

 

Mr. Cándido Negrón was born in Puerto Rico.  He moved to Philadelphia, PA when he was 11 years old.  He attended Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio where he majored in Latin American Studies and Spanish Literature.  Mr. Negrón lived in NYC for 20 years where he worked in the human services field.  In 2005, Mr. Negrón relocated to Altamonte Springs and earned a professional educator’s certificate in Spanish grades K-12.  He has taught Spanish 1 and 2, Spanish for Spanish Speakers 1 and 2 and AP Language and Culture.  He is currently teaching Spanish 1 and 2.   In addition, Mr. Negrón is the Spanish Club Sponsor and the World Languages Department Chair.
